Critics of West Coast jazz often talk about its politeness or cuteness . I generally like the style myself , but this album provides ammunition for the critics .

PATRICIA, LET THE CRITICS FLY AND DIE WITH THE VULTURES... IT'S A WEST COAST ALBUM, COOL, WITH A COOL TENOR AND GOOD ARRANGEMENTS. NO HARM TO BE POLITE!!! BEST. DANIEL

thanks for all the great montrose lp's. i was familiar with his work with torme, but must confess that i had never heard any of these excellent albums. a superb post, thanks. lovers of great music such as ourselves must keep alive the names of great artists such as this so that hopefully future generations will realize what they missed and keep the chain going.
